Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Move between Starter, Growth, and Business as your shop changes. Your products, live stock, and sales history come with you, nothing gets re-entered.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a free trial, ring real sales on a free shop, no card and no expiry date to remember. Upgrade to Growth or Business when you want more locations, more staff logins, and full reports.
What happens if I go over my staff limit?
Each plan includes a set number of staff logins, 2 on Starter, up to 8 on Growth, unlimited on Business. When your team needs more people on the till, move up a plan and the extra logins are included.
How do I pay?
Pay monthly in UGX with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money. No international card required. Chat on WhatsApp if you need help completing a payment.
Can I get a refund?
Plans are billed monthly. If you cancel, you keep access through the period you already paid for. For billing issues, message us on WhatsApp and we will sort it the same day where we can.
How does multi-branch billing work?
Starter covers 1 location. Growth covers up to 3. Business is unlimited branches under one account. You pay one monthly fee for the plan, not a separate bill per till.
Does it work on slow network?
Yes. Ring sales when data is weak; when the connection returns, stock and sales sync. Built for real counters, not only fibre offices.
